memo
A visitor experience for attractions

The souvenir they make themselves.

  • No photographer
  • No app to download
  • Just their own phone

Every visitor on site, at the same time.

Two Memo prints from Gan Garoo Australian Zoo, 'Parker Family', held on a fridge door with magnets
The idea

The visitor makes it. The visitor keeps it.

No one throws away a photo of their own kids.

Your logo lives inside it, on a fridge or a wall, seen every day for years.

Visitors photograph their own day from their own phone. Every photo comes out inside your frame, carrying your name. Before they leave they print the ones they love and walk out holding them.

The difference

Not another ride photo.

The usual

A camera bolted to one ride.

One forced moment, one angle, the same pose as everyone else. The visitor had no say in it and often did not know it was taken. Most walk straight past the print counter on the way out.

Memo

Their whole visit, from their own phone.

Any moment, anywhere on site, for as long as they are with you. They choose what was worth keeping, and what they keep carries your brand into their home.

One is a photo of a ride. The other is a memory of your park.

A photo booth serves one queue at a time. Memo serves your entire site at once, with no staff walking the grounds and no floor space taken from anything that already earns.

The visitor

Four taps, start to finish.

Playing the four steps

No download, no account, no queue. The whole thing happens in the browser they already have open.

Live demo

See it as a visitor does. Sixty seconds.

A working demo environment, set up exactly the way a live site is. Open it on your phone and move through it the way a visitor would. permanent-dev.gomemo.io/dXV

Open the demo A live production link, not a mockup, so the visitor checkout step is active. No need to go past it.
In the field

Running today.

Gan Garoo Australian Zoo

Reach costs the venue almost nothing. The QR code lives on signage the park already owns, and can also be sent with the ticket by SMS or WhatsApp at entry. Nothing new has to be built or staffed.

Behind the station

Every photo lands in our back office the moment it is taken. The operator enters the visitor's code and sends it to print. That is the entire workflow.

The numbers

Measured, not projected.

39%of those who opened the link purchased
29%bought above the entry package
16%came back to buy more the same day
11.4%of all groups on site bought a keepsake

Memo has run for more than 20,000 visitors across tourism sites and events. The rates on this page were measured at Gan Garoo Australian Zoo. Reach is counted in groups rather than individuals, since a family shares one phone, at roughly 4.5 visitors per group; 29.1% of groups on site opened the link.

Next

Let's map it to your site.

Every site is different, so the operating model is part of the conversation. We can run the whole thing end to end, staffing and printing included. Or your team can run it, from a back office built to be simple, with training and ongoing support from us. Most partners land somewhere in between, and we shape it around how your site already works.

Commercials. Memo takes a share of monthly turnover. The split depends on volume and on how the operation is set up at your site, and we work it out together on a call.
